Complaints Policy:
The Managing Team and staff of the International Journal of Phytology Research make every effort to address and resolve complaints promptly and fairly. All complaints are investigated in a constructive, transparent, and blame-free manner wherever possible.
All complaints will be formally acknowledged within three working days. A full response will normally be provided within two weeks. If this is not possible, an interim response will be issued within two weeks, followed by further updates until the matter is resolved.
